House Rules & Cancellation Policy

• Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement.
• Security Deposit Required of up to $300.
• Minimum age to rent is 25.
• NO Smoking.  NO pets.  NO parties/events.
• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
• No drawing or altering murals or the cost of repair will be charged to renter.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
